Session Recordings
Live workshops and webinars may be recorded.
Participants grant permission for their participation, comments, questions, and contributions to appear in recordings unless otherwise stated.
Recordings may be made available to registered participants.
Personal Use License
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Users may not:
- Resell materials
- Share accounts
- Distribute recordings
- Reproduce training content
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible purchases.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
Refunds are not available when:
- More than 25% of a self-paced course has been completed
- Downloadable materials have been substantially accessed or consumed
- Coaching sessions have already been delivered
- Refund requests are submitted after the 7-day period
For live workshops and webinars, refund requests submitted before the event begins may be eligible for a full refund.
After attendance or access to recordings has been provided, refunds may be denied.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
